What is palm sugar ?
Palm sugar is a sweetener made from the sap that comes from the male flower bunches of the palm tree. Palm sugar is usually also associated with all kinds of sugar made from sap, which is the liquid secreted from the flowers of trees from the palm family, such as coconut, aren and siwalan.
